In doing the assessment searches it's been part of our progression to move into using candidate profiling, which has increased our success rate to about 94%. Ron was instrumental in helping us build Globe Union Group into a leading player in the kitchen and bath industry in a short period of time. His services were full-circle: he enabled us to hire, manage and outplace extremely well.
